General Description:
The CN3066B is a complete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode. Furthermore, the CN3066B is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications. Its low external component count makes CN3066B ideally suited for portable applications.
