The HYNIX HMS81004E/08E/16E/24E/32E is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many UR applications.The HMS81004E/08E/16E/24E/32E provides the following standard features: 4/8/16/24/32K bytes of ROM, 448 bytes of RAM, 8-bit timer/counter, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. In addition, the HMS81004E/08E/16E/24E/32E supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
