The ICL7660S Super Voltage Converter is a monolithic CMOS voltage conversion IC that guarantees significant
performance advantages over other similar devices. It is a direct replacement for the industry standard ICL7660 offering anextendedoperating supply voltage range up to 12V, with lowersupply current.No external diodeis needed for the ICL7660S. In addition, aFrequency Boost pinhas been incorporated to enable the user to achieve lower output impedance despite using smaller capacitors.
