General Description
The MAX1171 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is a 12-bit monolithic ADC capable of sample rates greater than 20Msps. An on-board input buffer and track/hold function ensure excellent dynamic performance without the need for external components. A 5pF input capacitance minimizes development problems.
