General Description
The MAX6501–MAX6504 low-cost, fully integrated temperature switches assert a logic signal when their die temperature crosses a factory-programmed threshold.

   -45°C to +115°C in 10°C Increments

   Push-Pull Output (MAX6502/MAX6504)
♦ Pin-Selectable +2°C or +10°C Hysteresis
♦ SOT23-5 and TO220-7 Packages
