General Description
The MIC914 is a high-speed operational amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 160MHz. The part is unity gain stable provided its output is loaded with at least 200Ω. It has a very low 1.25mA supply current, and features the IttyBitty™ SOT-23-5 package.
