New Vishay Commercial and AEC-Q101 Qualified ESD Protection Diode Arrays in Compact SOT-363 Package

Vishay has announced a new series of commercial and AEC-Q101 qualified ESD protection diode arrays in the compact SOT-363 package.

FEATUREs:
• Compact SOT-363 package
• 5-line unidirectional ESD protection
• Working range: 5 V to 26 V
• ESD immunity in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2
   o 20 kV to 30 kV contact discharge
   o 20 kV to 30 kV air discharge
• AEC-Q101 qualified versions available
• Lead plating: Sn (e3)
• Soldering can be checked by standard vision inspection
• Automated optical inspection (AOI)

Advantages:
• The leads are plated with Sn, which has the best performance in soldering processes
• As this package has the possibility of side soldering, it is preferred for all production processes where an optical inspection is requested. No x-ray is necessary for solder point inspection
