The calculated compensation curve can be used to compensate the temperature dependency of
the SCA100T sensitivity by using following equation:
SENScomp SENS *(1Scorr /100)
Where:
SENScomp temperature compensated sensitivity
SENS
Nominal sensitivity (4V/g SCA100T-D01, 2V/g SCA100T-D02)
